Our refund policy defines the situations under which Chalo Online will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund, and the responsibility of Chalo Online in such circumstances. By registering for any of our services, you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

All information collected is utilized to improve our website's content, notify clients about updates, or address problems with their requests. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, please inform us via email or letter.

Coverage & Scope

This refund policy covers refunds by Chalo Online and/or websites owned and managed by Chalo Online, a creative digital agency in India. It does not apply to companies not owned or controlled by Chalo Online or to third-party service and product providers.

Filing a Complaint

At Chalo Online, we take every project seriously. Our goal is to reach a mutually acceptable solution in case of dissatisfaction. Before requesting a refund, please contact us at support@Chaloonline.in for a final dialogue. A refund claim should only be filed if no mutual agreement is reached.

Eligibility for Refund

We handle each project with utmost care. Refund requests are considered as per the following:

Website / Web / Graphic Design

  • Full Refund: If the project has not started or the initial design style has not been approved. Refund will be processed within 45 days after receiving the upfront payment.
  • Partial Refund: If delivery fails after approval of the initial design style, proportionate to work completed.
  • No Refund: If the project is completed and uploaded on the server.

Logo Design / Brochure Design

  • Full Refund: If the project has not started or the initial design style has not been approved.
  • Partial Refund: If delivery fails after approval of the initial design style, proportionate to work completed.
  • No Refund: If the project is completed and uploaded on the server.

Web Programming

  • Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated.
  • Partial Refund: At Chalo Online's discretion if delivery fails as per the agreement, based on work completed.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution)

  • Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated by the hired resource.
  • Proportionate Refund: Based on the amount of work completed till order cancellation.
  • No Refund: For services already provided. Issues must be immediately reported to the project manager.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

  • Projects are not considered void unless payments are clear.
  • No refund if client fails to provide required information on time.
  • No refund if project scope or information was incomplete from the start.
  • No compensation for delay unless agreed with a signed penalty clause.

Limitation of Liability

Chalo Online’s liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project. We are not liable for any losses due to delays or services provided. Refund is only applicable if the project is canceled by the client with written communication.

Processing of Refunds

Partial and full refunds will be processed within 45 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued through the agreed method of payment (check or credit card).

Changes

Chalo Online may amend this policy without prior notice at its sole discretion. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated policy.
