2. Refund Eligibility – Growth Guarantee
Chalo Online offers a 1.5X Growth Guarantee on eligible plans, subject to the conditions below.
A client is eligible for a full refund of the first billing cycle only if all the following conditions are met:
- The client has followed at least 80% of the growth plan and process suggested by Chalo Online
- The business is operational and actively responding to customer enquiries
- The client has participated in reviews, tracking, and guidance sessions
- The guaranteed growth is not delivered, despite following the plan
- A written legal agreement has been signed (where applicable)
- The refund request is raised within 30 days from the start of the first billing cycle
If the above conditions are satisfied, a 100% refund of the first subscription amount will be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable, even if a refund is approved:
- Website setup fees
- Domain registration charges
- Hosting charges
- Third-party service costs
- Any work already executed or delivered
- These costs are incurred upfront and cannot be recovered.
4. Cases Where Refund Will NOT Be Provided
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The client does not follow at least 80% of the recommended growth process
- The client delays approvals, content, or required information
- The client does not respond to customer enquiries
- The business is non-operational or temporarily closed
- The business is seasonal in nature
- The client expects instant or “magic” results
- External factors affect growth (market conditions, government actions, force majeure events)
- The refund request is made after 30 days from the start of the first billing cycle
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must:
- Email support@chaloonline.in
- Mention registered business name and contact details
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request
- Chalo Online will review performance data, growth tracking, and process adherence before approving or rejecting the request.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction
7. Cancellation Policy (Without Refund)
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for unused or partial periods
We recommend (but do not mandate) giving 7 days’ prior notice
8. Access, Ownership & Rights
Upon cancellation or approved refund, access to the Chalo Online platform, dashboard, and services may be discontinued Website ownership, platform architecture, system configurations, strategies, and internal tools remain the property of Chalo Online Clients are granted usage rights only during the active subscription period, unless otherwise agreed in writing
9. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may auto-renew if the client has opted for auto-renewal
Clients can turn off auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges
10. Priority of Legal Agreement
In case of any conflict between this policy and a signed client agreement, the signed legal agreement shall override and take precedence over the website policy.
11. Policy Modifications
Chalo Online reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
