4. Scope of Services
The exact scope of services depends on the plan, subscription, or agreement chosen by the client.
Services may include (but are not limited to):
- Website development (4–7 pages depending on plan)
- Enquiry & booking setup
- Growth strategy and tracking
- Creative and branding support
- SEO / SMO support (if opted)
- Dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM)
All deliverables, timelines, and inclusions will be shared during onboarding or in a separate service agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective results, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Follow the strategy and process suggested by Chalo Online
- Share required content, approvals, and updates on time
- Operate the business ethically and legally
⚠️ Important:
Growth outcomes are dependent on client participation and execution. Failure to follow the suggested process may affect results and eligibility for guarantees.
6. Growth Guarantee Disclaimer
Chalo Online may offer a 1.5X Growth Guarantee under specific plans and conditions.
The guarantee applies only if:
- The client follows the recommended strategy and process
- The business is operational and responsive
- The business is not seasonal
- The first billing cycle is completed
- A separate written legal agreement is signed
The guarantee does NOT apply if:
- The business is non-operational
- The client does not respond to customers
- The client does not follow the growth plan
- The business has unrealistic or instant expectations
- External factors beyond control affect operations
- Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy and the signed agreement.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
All prices are shared transparently before purchase
Payments may be monthly, quarterly, or yearly
Accepted payment methods include UPI, cards, payment links, and EMI (if available)
Yearly plans may include discounts
Taxes are applicable as per Indian law
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, templates, strategies, software, dashboards, and materials provided by Chalo Online are protected under intellectual property laws.
Clients may use the deliverables for their own business
Resale, redistribution, or copying is prohibited
Chalo Online retains ownership of internal tools, processes, and frameworks

- Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant billing cycle.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:
- Hosting providers
- Google services
- Payment gateways
- We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services as per the subscription terms or written agreement.
Chalo Online reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- The platform is misused
- The business engages in illegal activities
13. Privacy
All personal and business data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to third parties.
14. Modifications to Terms
